1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OCPP CT (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a Bluetooth-based provisioning tool for OCPP-compatible charging stations. It allows you to connect to a charging station via Bluetooth, enter Wi-Fi credentials and OCPP server settings, and configure the station's network connection.

The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or register. All configuration data you enter (Wi-Fi SSID, password, OCPP server URL) is transmitted directly from your device to the charging station over the local Bluetooth connection. The App does not upload any configuration data to external servers or cloud services.

3. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, interface, and underlying code, are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, securely, or be error-free
• The App will be compatible with all charging station models or device configurations
• The App will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Inability to connect to or configure a charging station
• Loss of data or configuration settings
• Damage to devices or charging stations resulting from improper configuration
• Any other issues arising from the use of the App

Your sole remedy for any dispute with us is to stop using the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Bluetooth functionality provided by your device's operating system. You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports Bluetooth and that you have granted the necessary permissions for the App to function. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your device's Bluetooth capabilities or limitations.

8. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the people's courts at the place where the developer is domiciled.

1. No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or register. No personal identifiers (such as name, email address, or phone number) are collected.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Location data
• Analytics or telemetry
• Advertising identifiers
• Crash reports sent to third parties

Except for the optional feedback information described in Section 4, the developer does not collect any data from this App.

3. Data Handled Locally on Your Device

To perform its single function — connecting to and configuring OCPP charging stations via Bluetooth — the App handles the following data locally on your device only:

All configuration data is sent directly from your device to the charging station over the local Bluetooth connection. Wi-Fi passwords and configuration settings are never logged, persisted, stored on any remote server, or shared with third parties — they are transmitted exclusively over the local Bluetooth link and discarded by the App after use.

4. Feedback Information (Optional)

If you use the in-app Feedback function, the following information is sent to our server only when you actively tap "Submit", for the sole purpose of processing your request and providing technical support:

• Issue description — the problem description you enter
• Photos or videos (optional) — attachments you select to help illustrate the issue
• Contact information (optional) — the phone number or email address you provide so that we can reach you
• Application log file — a log file generated locally by the App, attached automatically to help us troubleshoot the reported issue

You are not required to use the Feedback function. If you wish to access or delete feedback you have already submitted, please contact us at liguoqiang@tpson.cn.

5. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Bluetooth — To scan for and connect to nearby charging stations
• Location (Android only) — Required by the Android operating system to perform Bluetooth scans. The App does not read or use your location coordinates.
• Photos / Camera — Used only when you voluntarily attach photos or videos to a feedback report. The App does not access your photos or camera at any other time.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data processed by the App remains locally on your device, except for the feedback information you actively submit as described in Section 4. No other data is uploaded to any external server or cloud service. The App does not maintain any centralized database of user data.

7. Your Choices

You may:

• Disable Bluetooth or location permissions at any time through your device settings
• Choose not to use the Feedback function, or not to fill in the optional items (photos, videos, contact information) when submitting feedback
• Stop using the App if you do not agree with this policy

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
